We are SoCal/CenCal local artists, Pinky and Haru. We attend conventions all around California, extending to other nearby states.
Anime, Video Games, and cute aesthetics are our jam! 

Return Policy/Exchange: 

For Exchanges:

•  We can exchange almost all items, except for Pillows. 
• Exchanges are valid for the items as long as they are in good condition (i.e. not cracked, stained, damaged in any other way)
• You only need to pay shipping and return shipping for the items in exchange. (The new item will not be charged to you, as long as it is the same price as exchanged item.)

For Refunds: 

• If for any reason, the item is no longer wanted, the item can be returned for a refund. 
• You must pay for return shipping
• Item to be refunded must be in good condition, as mentioned above.

In case of damage in transit, we will send a new item at no cost to you, once the damaged item is returned to us. We will pay for return shipping.
